A short, intense residency for a founder, researcher, or small team. You move at our pace, in our rhythm, on a problem we both believe in. We share method, infrastructure, and weekly critique — you leave with a sharper product and a different way of working.
Best for technical founders pre-fundraise, or research-led teams crossing into product for the first time.
A single working day — virtual or in person — on one specific question that has been keeping you up. You bring the question, we bring the room, the framing, and a written summary you can act on the next morning. Lightweight, low commitment, often the right first step.
Best for senior operators who want a high-bandwidth conversation without scoping a whole engagement.
A short note via the contact page or email. Two or three sentences is enough — you don't need a brief, you need our attention.
A 30-minute call. We ask questions, you do most of the talking. By the end of it we'll know whether we're the right hive for the work — and we'll tell you, either way.
If there's a fit, you get a one-page proposal: shape of work, timing, fee. No PDFs the size of a book. If it works for you, we begin.
We'll often suggest the lighter shape first. The right answer is rarely the biggest engagement.
